We are the US fundraising arm of an organization that provides clean water solutions to primary schools in Sub-Saharan Africa. The simple availability of clean water transforms the lives of schoolchildren, teachers, and local residents.
Drilling wells provides clean water in the most cost-effective and timely way. In 2011 we had bored one well. Today, we are at over 310 wells, having completed 76 wells in 2022, including 54 new wells and 22 rehabilitations. The Wellboring Foundation, Inc. was founded in February 2019 to give US citizens access to the mission of Wellboring (UK) which has been developing clean water supplies for Kenyan schools since 2011. The Foundation is independent, but shares the objective of fundraising
We are volunteers transforming lives in Africa. What you can to to help: Organize an event, invite a WellBoring speaker to your group, or ask your organization to support WellBoring. We always appreciate cash donations as each new well costs about $8,500. Well rehabs run from $1,500 to $3,000.
